Hi - sorry about the delay in writing an entry (to both of the people who may read this). The show I am in started last week, so I have been a little busy.It's cool - Nick Clooney (George Clooney's dad, Rosemary Clooney's brother, and for awhile he hosted movies on AMC) was nice enough to record our pre-show announcement. So I suppose in some strange way, I can now say I acted with Clooney. (I do not have to say which Clooney it was, or that it was just his recorded voice, do I?)
I was worried about the show for awhile - things were not going well, but things ended up turning around and we have a pretty darn good show, if I do say so myself.
So at the risk of really jinxing myself, the last couple weeks I have been quite fortunate when it comes to the ladies... Nothing risque or anything - but a few women (as in more than one - holy crap!) have expressed an interest in dating me.
I am not sure what is going on, but I have not experienced this since... christ, I think I have to go back to high school.
So now that I have mentioned this, I am sure all of it will fall apart and I'll end up the guy on the corner who has a house full of cats (except for the fact that I am allergic to cats, so I can never have them).
What usually ends up happening is somehow in my head I work up this whole 'don't say anything stupid' or 'think of something cool to say' thing - and end up not really being able to say much of anything.
It's funny, I can get up in front of groups of people to perform or give presentations at work, but get me in a social setting, and sometimes I turn into a giant social retard.
Anyway, below you will find the picture taken for the lobby display of the show... I am not a huge fan of this pic - but at the same time something about it is amusing to me.
Okay, enough lameness for one night - I have to wake up early tomorrow for work and have a show tomorrow night.
